Welcome from White Stork Holidays, You will be greeted by our representative on arrival. Board the Coach (10:00 PM) and drive to Rishikesh. Overnight Journey.
On arrival at Rishikesh. After freshening up & breakfast proceed for sightseeing which covers Shivananda Ashram, Ram Jhoola, Geeta Ashram, Laxman Jhoola and 13 Floor temple. After lunch proceed to Barkot, via Dehradun & Mussoorie. En-route visit Kempty Fall and enjoy the beauty of Himalayas, (route may be change as per roadcondition & traffic) later drive straight to Barkot for night stay.
On this morning after breakfast proceed for Janki Chatti via Hanuman Chatti & Fool Chatti. On arrival Janki Chatti start Trek of 06 kms for Yamunotri, On Arrive at Yamunotri Holi take holy dip in Garam Kund, then do Pooja and Darshan of Shree Yamunotri Ji. Afternoon start trek back to Janki Chatti. On arrival at Janki Chatti meet the driver and drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Hanuman Chatti: The confluence of Hanuman Ganga & Yamuna River.
Yamunotri Temple: built by Maharani Gularia of Jaipur in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.
Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.
Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.
On this morning leave for Uttarkashi, a drive of 82 kms. En-route visit Prakateshwar Cave, on arrival at Uttarkashi, check-in at the hotel. In evening visit Vishwnath Temple, Overnight stay at the hotel.
About Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwnath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi.
Early morning drive to Gangotri. On arrival at Gangotri take holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. After doing rituals, relax for some time in the lovely surroundings, afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi, Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
On this morning drive to Guptkashi, en-route visit Tehri Dam & continue journey towards Guptkashi. Upon arrival at Guptkashi, check-in at hotel. Later in the evening visit Kashi Vishwnath Temple, Ardh Narishwar Temple, Overnight stay at the Hotel.
It is located in the Northern Himalayan belt within the Mandakini river valley, which has lush green forests. A number of streams and rivulets drain into the main Mandakini River. It has salubrious climate with its elevation being around 1,319 meters (4,330 ft.). The snow sparkling view of the Chaukhamba peak is a lovely sight to behold in the morning hours from here. The valley has large magnolia trees (locally called Champa) that provide a sweet scented atmosphere to the place.
On this morning drive to Gaurikund (32 kms drive-one way). On arrival at Gaurikund start your journey on the tough Trek ahead. Stop for lunch, en-route at Rambhar, and continue your journey. On arrival in the afternoon, check-in to the Hotel / Guest House. After freshening up, perform rituals and also darshan at Shri Kedarnath ji. In the evening also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the Temple. Overnight stay at the Hotel or Guest House.
It is a majestic sight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau surrounded by lofty snow covered peaks. The present temple, was built in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas. The inner walls of the assembly hall are decorated with figures of various deities and scenes from mythology. Outside the temple door a large statue of the Nandi Bull stands as guard.
In early morning pooja and darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, Later start trek down to Gaurikund. On arrival at Gaurikund meet with driver and leave for Rampur. On arrival at Rampur, check-in at hotel for overnight stay.
On this morning leave for Shri Badrinath Ji. En-route visit Narsingh Temple, and Adi Shankracharya Samadhi at Joshimath, than drive to Badrinath. At Badrinath take the darshan and spend time visiting Mana village the last village before the Tibetan border, Vyas Gufa, Bheem Pul & Saraswati River. Overnight stay at hotel.
Tapt Kund: it is a natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bathe before entering the Badrinath temple.
Narad Kund: A recess in the river, near Tapt Kund, forming a pool from where the Badrinath idol was recovered.
Mata Murty Temple: it is devoted to the mother of Sri Badrinath ji. Other important temples include Shesh Netra Temple, Urvashi Temple and Charanpaduka.
Mana Village: Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
Bhim Pul: On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge lies over the roaring Saraswati River. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
Byas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.
Early Morning do pooja & darshan at the Temple. Later drive to Pipalkoti via Joshimath. On arrival at Pipalkoti, check-in at the Hotel for Overnight stay.
Pipalkoti: It is a small and scenic town situated at an elevation of 1,260mts above sea level. It is located 17kms after Chamoli on NH58. Pipalkoti acts a relaxation point for people traveling to Badrinath, Auli, Hemkund Sahib and Valley of Flowers. It is nestled amidst lush green mountains and terraced fields. Pipalkoti provides delightful views of the snow clad mountains and green hills all around.
Joshimath: Also known as Jyotirmath, is a part of the Chamoli district It has one of the four cardinal peethas established by Jagatguru Shankaracharya, while the others are located in Shringeri, Puri and Dwaraka. The math is believed to be in charge of Atharvaveda. Joshimath, According to the ancient Hindu scriptures, this place was also known as ‘Kartikeyapura”.
In this morning drive to Haridwar via Srinagar Garhwal. En-route visits the Confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknada River which is called Devprayag. After reaching Haridwar visit Har ki Paidi, Mansa Devi & Chandi Devi. Later check-in to hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Rudraprayag: It is the confluence of river Mandakini and river Alaknanda.
Temples: Rudranath and Chamunda Devi, Koteshwar Temple (3 Kms).
Haridwar: In the scriptures, Haridwar has been variously mentioned as Kapilasthana, Gangadwara and Mayapuri. It is also an entry point to the Char Dham (the four main centres of pilgrimage in Uttarakhand viz, Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri), hence, Shaivaites (followers of Lord Shiva) and Vaishnavites (followers of Lord Vishnu) call this place Hardwar and Haridwar respectively, corresponding to Hara being Shiv and Hari being Vishnu.
In the Vanaparva of the Mahabharat, where sage Dhaumya tells Yudhishthira about the tirthas of India, Gangadwar, i.e., Haridwar and Kankhal, have been referred to, the text also mentions that Agastya Rishi did penance here, with the help of his wife, Lopamudra (the princess of Vidharba).
On this day after breakfast, Check-out from Hotel later drive towards Delhi.
In order to book your tour, you need to pay the 50% amount of the tour package.
Then, you will receive payment acknowledgment and the hotel confirmation voucher within one week of payment.
Furthermore, when you head for your trip, you need to pay the remaining 50% of the amount after your check-in to the hotel.
In order to cancel your trip, you must submit notice with the booking lead name in-written at our office. You can also send a mail requesting to cancel your tour and we will refund your tour amount after deducting the cancellation charges. We charge you some cancellation amount based on some set scale in order to cover our unexpected loss and it should be paid by you or your traveling partner.
If you cancel your trip in between the booking date and 30 days prior to the departure date, 30% of the booked tour package cost is chargeable.
If you submit a notice regarding the cancellation of your tour from 30-15 days prior to the departure date, we charge you 50% of the desired tour package cost.
If you cancel your tour between 15 to 7 days of the tour departure date, you will be charged with 75% of the tour package cost.
And if you cancel your trip within 5 days of the departure date, we charge you the total tour package cost i.e. 100%.
White Stork Holidays accept written cancellation requests only on working days. No tour cancellation requests are accepted on Sundays. If you send the cancellation request on Sunday, then it would be considered with the date of the next working day i.e. Monday. If you have booked your tour during Christmas and New Year period i.e. 20th December to 5th January and requested to cancel it, then the amount is not refundable. Rather, you can postpone your tour with the same tour package and avail our services anytime within one year from the booking date.
If we face any unexpected situations, then White Stork Holidays reserve the right to do any changes in your holiday tour program. If you are not ready to accept particular changes made in your holiday trip which will be informed to you before the date of departure, we are ready to offer you similar and equivalent tour packages of the same price. Otherwise, we also allow you to choose the alternative tour package that is offered on sale and if there is any difference in the prices, the increase in amount compared to the tour package you have selected before will be paid by you or if there is any decrease in amount, it will be refunded by us. Else, if you wish, you can cancel your tour and get the refunded amount as per the above terms and conditions.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control: -
We are not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control like war, airport closures, the threat of war, epidemic, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, civil unrest, bad weather, and might be any. If any such situations take place, we might change your holiday tour date or we cannot provide our holiday services and you have to suffer the loss or damage. Furthermore, White Stork Holidays does not pay any compensation, cover losses for any amount, and reimburse expenses, or take the responsibility under such conditions.
Your Responsibilities: -
We expect all our customers to enjoy their holiday trip to the fullest. At the same time, it is very important that you need to take care of your actions too. If any of our team members in authority believes that your actions might trouble, upset, disturb other travelers, and if you damage the property, then we have the right to terminate your contract and end your holiday tour. In addition, you and the other people traveling with you from your side are not allowed to use the booked accommodation, transport and other facilities that are part of the tour package. Also, white stork holidays will not refund you any amount or provide compensation for terminating your contract and the other costs for damaging the property need to be paid by you. Alternatively, you may be allowed to continue your holiday tour but with the penalty of the amount imposed on you.
In addition to the above actions and effects, you must keep in mind that you are responsible for your safety and the condition of the property you occupy. Also, when you head to the tourist places with a particular tour package, we are not responsible for the accidents caused due to your inappropriate behavior that can result in an injury.
We want you to experience a peaceful and happy journey with us. In addition, you can have or drink alcohol which would be a part of your enjoyment. But, you are solely responsible for your actions, and the injury, loss or damage that you cause to others after having alcohol.
We and other traveling people included in the journey will be there to hold you, but you individually or other people from your end will be liable for the damage caused to the furniture and any other materials located in the accommodation and will be charged for creating the loss. If you find any breakage defects or damage in the provided accommodation area, it is your responsibility to inform an appropriate person immediately. Thus, you are responsible for the damage caused due to your actions in your trip, and white stork holidays will not accept liability for the damage caused in the accommodation area due to your inappropriate behavior. Also, we have the right to withdraw any services or facilities as a result of your actions.
